All items ship FREE in the lower 48 states. We do not want our customers to have to worry about the shipping and delivery cost.
WHAT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship or deliver items in a variety of ways. For our smaller items, we ship items through small package ground shipping with full insurance. Once your item ships, you will be notified with a tracking number.
For our larger items, we either 1) deliver and install your furniture in your home if you live in Iowa or surrounding states, or 2) LTL or freight ship items in a crate to your driveway. We will contact you directly to schedule delivery or shipment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Please keep in mind that each of our items are handcrafted by us. They are all made-to-order, which means that we only begin building your product or furniture item once you have purchased the item. Our lead time for each project can vary.
Currently, clocks are shipped out approximately 4-6 weeks after purchase. Larger items, like our tables, can take up to 8-12 weeks to build and ship out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Buying furniture with Hazel Oak Farms is an investment. It's a purchase that will last a lifetime (and more). We currently accept all major credits, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. If you purchase in-person, we are willing to accept cash or check as well.
IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?
We know that buying large furniture items from a small online retailer can be intimidating. However, we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when purchasing a product. The guy that answers our phone is the same guy that builds the furniture! Please feel free to call us at any time to talk through the details of your purchase.
Orders and Returns
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Call or email us! We are happy to review the details of your custom project with you to help provide an accurate and timely estimate.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We do accept returns on small (non-custom) furniture items, including wall clocks, c-tables, and cutting boards within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Please contact us directly by phone or email to process a return.
We do NOT accept returns for our larger items, like dining tables and coffee tables that are shipped via freight. We also do not accept returns on any item that has been customized.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged upon delivery. We do our best to pack items in boxes and crates, but sometimes an item may get damaged during shipment. We want to ensure that we do our best to resolve this situation immediately!
