We accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Hazel Oak Farms cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items shipped via freight/LTL
Returns and exchange details
We want to do our absolute best to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. If the product is damaged or does not meet your satisfaction, please let us know right away!
Returns and exchanges on standard items will be accepted within 7 days of receiving, minus a 25% reduction in the amount of the refund/exchange. For example, if the customer purchases a $100 item and decides to return it, Hazel Oak Farms will deduct $25 (or 25%), take back the item, and refund the $75 (or 75%) remaining balance. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back and will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with shipping.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom or personalized projects. This includes any variation to an original listing that includes different paint colors, sizes, clock hands, and/or personalization. We also do NOT accept returns on any dining tables, which includes both standard sizes and custom sizes. We also do NOT accept returns on any large furniture items (bed frames, large coffee tables, etc) that have been shipped via freight/LTL.
If any items are damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All items ship FREE in the lower 48 states. We do not want our customers to have to worry about the shipping and delivery cost.
Please keep in mind that each of our items are handcrafted by us. They are all made-to-order, which means that we only begin building your product or furniture item once you have purchased the item. Our lead time for each project can vary.
Currently, clocks are shipped out approximately 4-6 weeks after purchase. Larger items, like our tables, can take up to 8-12 weeks to build and ship out.
